We ship orders daily between 12:30 AM to 8:30 PM office hours, It will be delivered within 2 – 3 business days and we do not work on public holidays. (usually within 24 – 48 hours) Your order is shipped. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible. You are updated with a Tracking ID through which you can check the live delivery status of your order.

Casual Collection will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 15 days of the date of purchase during the sales period, on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the city of purchase.
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

Overview
We went looking for something we thought would be simple: a casual, tough-as-nails belt that we could wear every day, for years to come. As it turns out, this was tough to find so we decided to make it. We use heavy-weight vegetable-tanned Horween steer hide leather and durable nickel buckles that although they are removable, we doubt you will want to. Like everything we do, we make each one by hand so that the quality is guaranteed.
