Refund & Returns Policy

Note: Casual Collectio Clothing store has no exchange policy on sale items.

Products not on sale can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the time passed has exceeded 15 days, the exchange is impossible.

Our exchange policy is very flexible provided that

  • The product is unused.
  • The price label and tags are intact.
  • You have the purchase invoice.
  • The exchange is made within 15 days of purchase.

If an incorrect/faulty product has been delivered, contact our customer service center by emailing us images of the product at casualcollection797@gmail.com or calling us at 0300-7644442 within 15 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, we will gladly help you with your exchange. Once 15 days have passed from the delivery date, our team will no longer entertain any claims.

Payment Refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received
your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Note: Please do not accept the parcel if it’s already opened or tampered with in any way.
Kindly only accept parcels that are packed in Casual Collection branded flyers.
