ACCOUNT

  • You can create your account during the checkout process
  • You should click on the account icon in the upper right corner of the desktop and if you are visiting our website on your mobile phone. Then you will find this icon on the bottom right side, go to ‘Create Account’.
  • After inputting the required details and clicking ‘Create’ your account will be created
  • You can Sign into your account by clicking on the account icon located in the top right corner or clicking ‘Log-in’ and inputting the required details
  •  
  • If you set up an account, then you do not have to enter your details every time you shop with us.
  • Easier to check the status of orders.
  • View past orders
  • You will be updated with our New Arrivals, Sales, and Promotional Activities
  • Once signed in click on the account icon located in the top right corner
  • Click on ‘view Addresses’ listed in the Account details
  • You will then have the option to ‘Add Address’, ‘edit’ or ‘delete’
  • You can add a new address or edit an existing address according to your needs
  • When adding a new address, you can change your default address by clicking on ‘SET AS DEFAULT ADDRESS’ after inputting the required details
  • You may recover your password from the “Forget Password” section. An email with your new password will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Sometimes a coupon has a maximum discount that can be availed by applying it. If the coupon discount along with the item discount exceeds that threshold, you may not be able to get additional discounts. To avail maximum benefits please look for products that aren’t already discounted. Still confused. Don’t worry a bit! You can apply a coupon on shopping page after adding items to your bag. Just put the code in the Coupon Section and the discounted amount will show up.

PAYMENTS

You can pay for your Order via two payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery – available all over Pakistan.
  2. Online Payment – Visa & Master Card, Debit & Credit Cards

Yes, we use SSL encryption for all online transactions which ensure that your data will be safe during transmissions. 

In some cases, payment sent by you may not be received by Casual Collection due a Banking error. If your bank account has been debited after a payment failure, it will be reimbursed to your bank account. Please contact your bank for any issues relating to payment failure.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

  • “That’s an easy one. You can either reset the password or choose to login with OTP. If you are using the registered email address, try resetting the password. Click on Forgot your Password option- enter your registered email address and click on Send OTP. The OTP will be sent as SMS and Email. Enter the OTP and create a new password (minimum 6 characters and at least 1 number). The password has been reset. If the above steps don’t work, you may need to clear browsing cache in Google Chrome.”

  • Retry payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all Account Details, Billing Addresses, and CVV.
  • If that doesn’t work, checkout using the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option.

ORDERS

  • Select a Product
  • Choose Preferred Size
  • Select Quantity.
  • Click on ‘Add to cart’ or ‘Buy it Now’ if you don’t wish to add more items to your cart.
  • Click on the bag icon located on the top right corner
  • After reviewing items in your cart click on proceed to check out
  • Input the required details.
  • Click ‘Create an account for later use’ if you want to register your account on our website. Selecting this option will prompt you to enter a password to secure your account.
  • Select a payment method (Online Payment/COD)
  • Click on “Confirm ORDER” once you’ve filled in all the required details. Your Order Number which will be provided to you at the “Thank You” page.
  • Check your email for an Order summary
  • you will receive an automated call from Casual Collection through which you can confirm your Order. In case of no confirmation call, reach out to us at 0300-7644442 or hello@casualcollection.shop

Click on the search icon on the top of the website. Enter the SKU code or the name of the product you are looking for.

Size Guides are available for all products on their respective product pages.

Yes, they will be the same except in the case of products which are handcrafted where slight differences can be expected. If there are any issues please Contact Customer Services. Note the actual color of the product may vary from the picture due to the setting of your device.

Unfortunately, you cannot reserve your Order online.

You can check the status of your order in two ways:

  1. Click on the “Orders Status” section in your account
  2. Click on ‘Track Your Order’ in the Information Section located in the Footer and inputting required details

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

You can also contact our Customer Service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product at hello@casualcollection.shop or calling us at 0300-7644442 within 15 days of delivery.

Non-sale Product(s) can be exchanged from any of our retail stores within 15 days from the date of delivery. If the time has exceeded 15 days, then exchange is not possible.

Casual Collection offers a “return or money back guarantee” on items purchased. But it checks the quality after receiving the returned items and issues you a refund

For what reasons can my order be delayed?

In cases of political unrest or natural disasters, some delay can be expected in delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping yet.

What should I do if I have missed my delivery?
